Help Little Ones Rediscover

I am humbled that in my line of duty I have come across needs that blow my mind  to break the heart. However, it takes more than compassion, sacrifice, and guts to step and declare your duty. Among us, there are those who have come across challenges of what the world has sunk in terms of lack of basic human needs. There are no limited resources, they are only limited generous hearts. We can choose to sympathize and cry for a moment or we can decide to dive in and make a small or huge difference into something beautiful.

On our highway to a dream for a better world for us and all, it's a road riddled with risks and they are many . You wish you could do it and save humanity from disease, hunger, ignorance, and prejudice, if only you had all the worldly powers; spiritual, political, financial or social. But then your analyze to realize you have got nothing. But there is something we all have, a sense, mind, heart that can convict us on this road. Sometimes all you have is a dream scripted in your mind which you would like to follow somehow, perhaps halted or lucky you, to the bitter better end. One day heartbreak hurts and the next thing all you have to do is to take action to the road less traveled. You walk and walk and finally you reach some destined place with something purposely meant to heal. But with the already heavy burden laden on your shoulders and your yearning and desperation from your heart to make things real and practical, you get thirsty, lonely, angry with restlessness. But then you look around and all those good people who are sharing the love, smiles,  you are inspired to dream bigger, connect and attract and the, in the end , a community , an institution, Nongovernmental organization or movement comes alive to prove inhumanness and pave the way for inherent dignity.

Our desire for a better world of children couldn't have become earlier than today. With the ever changing world that is putting every need of a modern child into danger, our small roles is to ensure that in the course of education which forms an integral part of their growth and development, its well taken care of, properly guided and propelled towards a great world of freedom, achievement, and joyfulness. Whether a child comes from a suburb or a ghetto their needs meet at one point, they need to be educated and above all, they are little super achievers. I have noted how children play with happiness when they forgot where they are coming from. Children in the field should be a replica of what they mind should be always, pure with innocence. Whenever the world turns crude towards the needs of our children, much of what we dream and aspire for a better future is compromised and put into an analysis. The question being whether we are duty bound, responsible and accountable for their good.

We must stand firm and declare to all who may dare to listen, whatever you are you can identify with the needs of our children and build a bridge to whatever needs and wants. It can it be social, physical, emotional, intellectually or psychological or spiritual you can provide a source for them. Our school that is ridden with children from an impoverished background, the challenges ever enormous, too big to bear and too emotional to listen to. But like a compact that keeps on playing forward you realize they need to confront your soul now and then. Please join me at Fremo School and safeguard this promise.
